Solstad Maritime ASA - Contract Extension for CSV Normand Vision

Solstad Maritime ASA ("SOMA") is pleased to announce a 1-year contract extension for Normand Vision with Ocean Installer AS, in direct continuation of the current agreement. This extension secures operations through the end of 2028.

The agreement has two additional annual options for the year of 2029 and 2030 including a mechanism for further extension of the contract until 2031.
