Smartoptics Group ASA: Annual report 2025 published

Oslo, Norway - 10 April 2026 - Smartoptics Group ASA (SMOP) has today published its Annual Report for 2025.

Smartoptics delivered strong growth and improved profitability in 2025, with revenue of USD 75.3 million (USD 55.5 million), corresponding to a growth of 35.6%. EBITDA was USD 9.7 million (USD 5.6 million), corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 12.9% (10.1%), and EBIT was USD 6.8 million (USD 3.3 million), corresponding to an EBIT margin of 9.0% (5.9%).

During 2025, Smartoptics uplisted to the main market of Euronext Oslo Børs, strengthening the company's visibility in capital markets and supporting its continued growth ambitions.
