Disclosure of significant shareholding??

On 13.04.2026, Equinor ASA ("Equinor") sold 12,900,000 shares in Scatec ASA.      After the transaction, Equinor holds 12,876,200 shares in Scatec ASA, corresponding to approx. 8.05% percent of the shares and votes.     Equinor does not hold any rights to shares in Scatec ASA.     This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
