Scatec ASA: Buy-back of bonds

Oslo, 26 August 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 25 August 2026, regarding Scatec's issuance of new senior unsecured bonds.

Concurrently with the new bond issue, Scatec has repurchased a total of NOK 457 million in its outstanding bonds with ticker "SCATC04" (ISIN NO0012837030) and "SCATC05" (ISIN NO0013144964) at a price of 101.23% and 103.60% of par, respectively.

* NOK 156.5 million has been repurchased in "SCATC04" (ISIN NO0012837030). Outstanding volume after the transaction is NOK 843.5 million.

* NOK 300.5 million has been repurchased in "SCATC05" (ISIN NO0013144964). Outstanding volume after the transaction is NOK 1,449.5 million.

DNB Carnegie, Nordea and SB1 Markets acted as Joint Lead Managers in connection with the transaction.

Settlement date for the buy-backs is set to 3 September 2026.
