Scatec ASA: Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

Oslo, 24 August 2026: Karaldeknuten Holding AS, a company controlled by Jørgen Kildahl, chair of the board of Scatec ASA, has on 24 August bought 10,000 shares in Scatec ASA at an average price per share of NOK 97.3. After the transaction, Jørgen Kildahl and affiliated companies own 20,000 shares in Scatec ASA.

Attached is the notification of the transaction in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation Article 19.
