Sparebanken Norge invites investors, analysts and the media to the presentation of its results for the second quarter of 2026 and to a Capital Markets Day, where topics from the bank’s strategic agenda will also be presented.

Programme: 13:00 – Registration and lunch 14:00 – Introduction by CFO Hans Olav Ingdal 14:05 – Presentation of the results for the second quarter of 2026 by CEO Jan Erik Kjerpeseth 14:40 – Update on the transformation programme by CEO Jan Erik Kjerpeseth, followed by a panel discussion with Nelly Sundfær Maske (Head of Trondheim), Raymond Brendeløkken (Head of Tromsø) and Stine Egeli Øvrebø (Head of AI Acceleration) 15:10 – Break 15:25 – Presentations by the bank’s partly-owned product companies Frende Forsikring, Brage Finans, Borea Asset Management and Norne Securities, delivered by the respective companies’ CEOs Vegar Styve (Frende Forsikring), Jack Iversen (Brage Finans), Hilde Nødseth (Borea Asset Management) and Stig Sevaldsen (Norne Securities) 16:25 – Closing remarks by CEO Jan Erik Kjerpeseth
Sparebanken Norge’s results for the second quarter of 2026 will be published on Tuesday, 11 August 2026 as soon as the bank’s Board of Directors has formally approved the financial statements. This is expected to be at approximately 11:00.
