Mandatory notification of trade - equity certificate buy-back program completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 29 May 2026 regarding an equity certificate buy-back program for Sparebanken Norge.

In the period 29 May 2026 to 3 June 2026 Sparebanken Norge has purchased 200,000 equity capital certificates at an average price of 187.5664. Following this transaction Sparebanken Norge holds 224,945 equity capital own equity capital certificates.
