Protector Forsikring ASA: Transactions made under the buy-back program
On 6 May 2026, Protector Forsikring ASA ("Company") announced a share buy-back program of up to 120,000 own shares for a maximum amount of NOK 60 million, in the period from 7 May 2026 until 27 May 2026.
The purpose of the repurchase program is to fulfil obligations arising as a result of the Company's bonus program for senior executives and key personnel as well as the Company's share purchase program for all employees.
From 7 May to 18 May 2026, the Company has purchased a total of 120,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 461.8755 per share.

Following the completion of the above transactions, the Company owns a total of 185,173 of own shares, corresponding to 0.22% of the Company's share capital.
