Protector Forsikring ASA initiates share buyback program

Protector Forsikring ASA ("Company") has decided to initiate a buyback of up to 120,000 own shares for a maximum amount of NOK 60 million. The buyback program will commence on 7 May 2026 and continue until 27 May 2026.

The buyback will be made in accordance with the authorization granted at the Company's annual general meeting on 9 April 2026. The purpose of the program is to fulfil obligations arising as a result of the Company's bonus program for senior executives and key personnel and the Company's share purchase program for all employees. Buyback transactions will be executed according to the market price on Euronext Oslo Stock Exchange.
