OTOVO ASA – New share capital registered

Oslo, 28 January 2026

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Otovo ASA (the "Company" or "Otovo") on 16 January 2026, regarding the resolution by the board of directors to increase the share capital to facilitate a reverse share split.

The share capital increase pertaining the issuance of 4 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01 has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Following the registration, the Company's share capital is NOK 5,313,908.10, divided into 531,390,810 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
