OMDA AS has been informed that Edward Bonnevie, a person closely associated with Einar Bonnevie, primary insider and CFO of OMDA AS, on 3 September 2026 sold 395 shares in OMDA AS at an average price of NOK 39.60 per share. Following the transaction, Edward Bonnevie controls 988,437 shares in OMDA AS, directly and indirectly. Please see the attached notification form for further information.
