Odfjell Rig III Ltd. announces listing of senior secured first lien bond on Euronext Oslo Børs

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today, 19 June 2026, approved a prospectus prepared by Odfjell Rig III Ltd. in connection with the application for admission to trading and listing of the USD 650,000,000 7.25% Senior Secured Callable Bonds 2025/2031 with ISIN NO0013698159 (the "Bonds") on Euronext Oslo Børs.

The listing of the Bonds is expected to take place on or about 22 June 2026, under the ticker code "ODRG02".
