Ocean GeoLoop AS: Ex. date for potential subsequent offering

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Ocean GeoLoop AS (the "Company") on 12 May 2026 regarding the conditional allocation of 72,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company in a private placement (the "Private Placement"), and a potential subsequent repair offering of up to 4,800,000 new shares at the same subscription price as in the Private Placement (the "Subsequent Offering").

The shares in the Company will from today, 13 May 2026, be traded exclusive of the right to participate in the potential Subsequent Offering.
