Reference is made to the press release 16th February where Ocean GeoLoop announced new company structure and the launch of cooling as a new business line, and the announcement of the Capital Markets Day 3rd March.

The event will be held in the office premises of Advokatfirmaet Schjødt, Tordenskioldsgt 12, Oslo. For those who wish to participate digitally, it will be possible to follow the event via Teams.
