Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Ocean GeoLoop ASA (the "Company") on 8 June 2026 and subsequent announcements regarding the subsequent offering of up to 4,800,000 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per share (the "Subsequent Offering"). The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering expired at 16:30 (CEST) on 22 June 2026.

Kold Invest AS, a company closely associated with Martha Kold Monclair, Chair of the Board and primary insider of the Company, has subscribed for 26,694 new shares in the Subsequent Offering. Please see the attached PDMR form for further information.
