North Energy ASA - Proxy Rights at Extraordinary General Meeting

Oslo, May 5, 2026

Anders Onarheim, Chairman of the Board of North Energy ASA, has in connection with the upcoming extraordinary general meeting on May 12, 2026, received proxy rights from shareholders representing 4,260,973 shares in the company, equal to 3.63 per cent of the voting rights. Anders Onarheim owns as per the registration date for the EGM 26,076,642 shares, equal to 22.24 per cent of the voting rights, privately and via his fully owned companies AB Investment AS, Liju Invest AS.

After the receipt of the above-mentioned proxies, Onarheim represents a total of 30,337,615 shares, equal to 25.87 per cent of the voting rights at the extraordinary general meeting in North Energy ASA.
