Anders Onarheim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of North Energy ASA, has today, 16 April 2026, purchased 450,000 shares at NOK 2.8 per share on his personal account. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Onarheim after the transaction is 26,076,642, which equals 22.24% ownership in North Energy ASA.

Rachid Bendriss, Co-CEO of North Energy ASA, has today, 16 April 2026, purchased 450,000 shares at NOK 2.8 per share via his fully owned company Celisa Capital AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Bendriss after the transaction is 13,156,191, which equals 11.22% ownership in North Energy ASA.

Didrik Leikvang, Co-CEO of North Energy ASA, has today, 16 April 2026, purchased 300,000 shares at NOK 2.8 per share via his fully owned company Isfjorden AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Leikvang after the transaction is 12,382,887, which equals 10.56% ownership in North Energy ASA.

Jogeir Romestrand, board member of North Energy ASA and primary insider, has today, 16 April 2026, purchased 800,000 shares at NOK 2.8 per share via his fully owned company Rome AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Romestrand after the transaction is 2,850,849, which equals 2.43% ownership in North Energy ASA.
