North Energy ASA - Annual Report for 2025

The Board of North Energy ASA ("North Energy" or "Company") approved the 2025 annual financial statements and annual report on 18 March 2026. The numbers are identical to the preliminary 2025 accounts published as part of the fourth quarter 2025 financials on 18 February 2026.

The Annual Report is attached in the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) and as a PDF file. The report is also available on the Company's website www.northenergy.no.

The Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held on 14 April 2026, will be sent to shareholders in a separate announcement.
