North Energy ASA - Annual Report for 2025

The Board of North Energy ASA ("North Energy" or "Company") has on 18 March 2026 approved the 2025 annual financial statements and annual report. The numbers are identical to the preliminary 2025 accounts published as part of the fourth quarter 2025 financials on 18 February 2026.

The Annual Report will be published on 23 March 2026.

The Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held on 14 April 2026, will be sent to shareholders in a separate announcement.
