Nordic Mining: Share Capital Reduction Effective

Oslo, 12 May 2026: Reference is made to the resolution by the extraordinary general meeting of Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic Mining" or the "Company"), org.nr. 989 796 739, on 9 February 2026, to reduce the share capital by reducing the nominal value of the Company's shares from NOK 12 to NOK 1.20, cf. section 12-1 of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act.

The share capital reduction was registered as effective with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today, 12 May 2026, following which the Company's share capital is NOK 150,093,838.80 consisting of 125,078,199 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.20.
