Nordic Mining ASA; Receipt of claim for injunction

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 17 June 2026 regarding the Surpreme Court's ruling in the dispute between the NGOs Naturvernforbundet and Natur og Ungdom and the Norwegian state.

Neptun Network STI have today filed for an injunction against Nordic Mining with the claim that deposit of tailings in the Førdefjord from mining operations shall be prohibited. Nordic Mining will vigorously defend itself against the claim.
