NOL: Changes to the Board composition

1 June 2026 – Hamilton, Bermuda

Northern Ocean Ltd. ("NOL") announces that Jan Erik Klepsland has informed the Company of his resignation from the Board of Directors with immediate effect. The Board of Directors would like to thank Jan Erik Klepsland for his valuable contributions and dedicated service to NOL over the years and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

At the same time, NOL announces the appointment of Adrian Geelmuyden as a Director. Mr. Geelmuyden is employed as an Investment Director with Seatankers Management, and has previously held positions in Solstad Offshore, Deep Sea Supply and RS Platou. Adrian is currently also a Director of Edda Wind, DOF Group ASA and Archer Ltd. He holds a BSc in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
