The annual general meeting of Nordic Halibut AS will be held at the Company’s offices at Næringsveien 8, 6530 Averøy, Norway on 28 May 2026 at 10:00 CEST.

The notice convening the annual general meeting, including the agenda, as well as the Board of Directors' proposals to the matters to be dealt with, is enclosed with this notification in Norwegian and English. The notice will be sent to all shareholders with known addresses.
