NOD: Fourth quarter and preliminary full year results 2025
(Oslo, Norway – February 5, 2026) Nordic Semiconductor ASA reports revenue of USD 170 million for the fourth quarter 2025, an increase of 13% from the fourth quarter 2024. Gross margin was 55%, or 52% adjusted for part reversal of an inventory write-down in 2024. Reported EBITDA was USD 15 million, whereas adjusted EBITDA was USD 13 million.
Revenue for the full year 2025 increased 31% to USD 668 million, with gross margin of 52%. Full year EBITDA was USD 67 million, corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 10%.
-2025 was a good year for Nordic Semiconductor and we ended the year on a strong note. We made solid progress both operationally, strategically and financially during the year, and we are overall on track to the meet our long-term financial ambitions, says CEO Vegard Wollan in Nordic Semiconductor.
On its CMD in 2024 Nordic outlined an ambition to generate average revenue growth of more than 20% annually from 2024 through 2030, and to move towards its operating model target of 25% EBITDA margin.
- Renewal of our product portfolio is key to capture our long-term growth opportunity, and we have launched a broad portfolio of products in our new nRF54 Series for the Short-range market over the past year. We are now looking forward to the launch of the new nRF92 for the Long-range cellular and satellite market, which will further expand our addressable market opportunity in that market segment, says Wollan.
Looking ahead, Nordic sees revenue in first quarter 2026 in the range of USD 175-195 million and expects the gross margin to remain above 50%.
