NOD: Invitation to fourth quarter results for 2025

Nordic Semiconductor ASA will release its fourth quarter results for 2025 on Thursday February 5, 2026 at 07:00 CET. The Company will conduct the presentation only as a webcast.

CEO Vegard Wollan and CFO Pål Elstad will present the results at 08:00 CET and the presentation can be followed live via webcast found on the IR pages at www.nordicsemi.com. A recorded version of the presentation will be made available after the presentation has concluded.

The company will only be accepting question asked live through the Q&A dial-in function. The dial-in is only applicable if you want to ask questions.
