Norwegian Block Exchange AS (NBX) – Mandatory notification of trade by close associate

Oslo, 10 April 2026. Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Norwegian Block Exchange AS on 27 June 2025 regarding the extension of the USD 10 million equity drawdown facility with LDA Capital Ltd. Further reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 20 March 2026 announcing POA 6.

Pursuant to the existing loan agreement, Nye KM Aviatrix Invest AS, a close associate of board member Anna Helene Kjos-Mathisen, has delivered 17,000,000 shares to LDA Capital Ltd. The shares mentioned above are a loan to LDA Capital. An equivalent number of shares will be returned to Nye KM Aviatrix Invest AS.
