MPC Energy Solutions N.V. (the "Company") has today received trade notifications from the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"):

Stefan Meichsner, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has sold 37,000 shares on Euronext Growth Oslo for a weighted average price of NOK 2.22 per share. Following the sale, Mr. Meichsner no longer owns shares in the Company.
