Moreld ASA: Key information relating to cash dividend

Stavanger, 7 May 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Moreld ASA ("Moreld") earlier today regarding the publishing of the financial results for the first quarter and the board of directors' resolution to distribute dividends. As set out therein, the board of directors has resolved to distribute a dividend in the amount of NOK 0.50 per share for Q2 2026.

The dates relevant for the dividend distribution are set out below: Dividend amount: NOK 0.50 per share Announced currency: NOK Last day including right: 8 May 2026 Ex-date: 11 May 2026 Record date: 12 May 2026 Payment date: On or about 20 May 2026 Date of approval: 06 May 2026

The distribution shall constitute repayment of paid-in capital, except for shareholders where it is documented that the paid-in capital is lower than the distribution, in which case the distribution will be treated as ordinary dividend.
