Stavanger, 29 April 2026: Moreld ASA will announce its results for the first quarter of 2026 on Thursday 7 May 2026.

The interim report for the first quarter and the presentation material will be available from 08:00 am CET at the company's homepage, www.moreld.com (www.moreld.com) and Oslo Stock Exchange's news site, www.newsweb.no.

CEO Geir Austigard, CFO Trond Rosnes and CEO Ocean Installer Kevin Murphy will present the results at 10:00 am CET. Participants are welcome to join the event at SpareBank 1 Markets in Olav V's gate 5 in Oslo, or to follow the event via webcast.
