Sparebanken Møre – Annual General Meeting held on 8 April 2026

With reference to the stock exchange announcement of 18 March 2026, and the notice and case documents for the meeting of the General Meeting on 8 April 2026.

The meeting was held, and all of the items were unanimously approved in line with the proposed resolutions. The minutes from the General Meeting are attached. The minutes are also available from www.sbm.no.
