Sparebanken Møre – Mandatory notification of trade

In connection with the banks remuneration programme for Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sparebanken Møre has transferred 1,582 own equity capital certificates (ECC) at price NOK 114.50 to CEO. After this transaction, the bank owns 161,117 (0,32%) ECC’s.
