Flaggemelding, Sparebanken Møre

Borea Asset Management AS hereby notifies that funds under its management, Borea Utbytte and Borea Nordisk Utbytte, sold equity certificates in Sparebanken Møre (MORG) on 30 July 2026.

Following the transactions, the funds’ aggregate holding amounts to 2 448 266 equity certificates, corresponding to 4,92 per cent of the outstanding equity certificates. The aggregate holding has consequently fallen below the 5 per cent disclosure threshold.
