Protocol from the General Meeting in Medistim ASA where a dividend of NOK 8.00 per share was decided

Oslo, the 6th of May 2026. The votes from the General Meeting today in Medistim ASA, have resolved to distribute a dividend of NOK 8.00 per share based on the Company's net profit for the 2025 financial year. The total dividend will amount to NOK 146.2 million, which corresponds to 91.8 % of the net profit for 2025. The dividend will be payable to the shareholders of the Company as of the 6th of May 2026. The shares will be traded exclusive of the right to dividends from and including the 7th of May 2026 (ex-date). The dividend will be distributed the 18th of May 2026.
