Financial report and presentation for third quarter for Medistim ASA

Highlights Q3 2026

Another record quarter for sales revenues with 25.9 % growth, ending at MNOK 210.0 (MNOK 166.8). Record sales revenue YTD September with 18.6 % growth, ending at MNOK 613.7 (MNOK 517.5).

Currency neutral sales of own products were up 34.6 % for the quarter and 30.1 % YTD September.

Strong currency neutral growth in all regions for the quarter; AMERICAS up 51.7 %, APAC up 44.6 % and EMEA up 5.5%.

Third-party distributor sales in Scandinavia increased 5.3 % in the quarter and decreased 13.0 % YTD September.

Operating profit (EBIT) grew by 55.7% for the quarter and ended at MNOK 63.1, resulting in 30.1 % EBIT margin (MNOK 40.6, 24.3 % margin). YTD September operating profit grew 20.6 % ending at a record MNOK 185.5, and 30.2 % EBIT margin (MNOK 153.9, 29.7% margin).

YTD September recurring sales revenues remained high and ended at 66.5% (68.6 % for the same period last year).

Solid cash position at quarter end with MNOK 175.6 with no interest-bearing bank loans.

Based on authorization from the General Assembly, the Board decided a quarterly dividend of NOK 2.50 per share.
