Black Monday Holding AS, a holding company fully controlled by primary insider and Chairman of the Board, Yngve Johansen, has bought 200,000 warrants in Lokotech Group AS (OSE: LOKOS) at an average price of NOK 0.286 per subscription right. The transactions were carried out today.

Following the transaction, Yngve Johansen, Chairman of the board of Lokotech Group AS, together with related parties, directly and indirectly holds a total of 7,626,000 shares and 476,162 warrants in the company.
