Exercise of options

Oslo, 24th of March, 2026

Former board member, Harald Wibye has exercised 1,350,000 options at NOK 0,471590 per share for a total cash contribution of NOK 636 646,50 to Lokotech Group AS. The exercised options are the 1,350,000 "repair options" granted to Harald Wibye the 24th of June 2025 in accordance with the company's share option program. The company will issue a new notice once the share capital increase has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
