Correction regarding shares held by primary insider

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 22 April 2026 regarding the completion of the demerger of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA and the issuance of shares in Kongsberg Maritime ASA ("KM ASA") to eligible shareholders (the "Demerger Consideration Shares").

It has been identified that the number of shares allocated to primary insider Jouni Raatikainen was incorrectly stated in the original announcement.

The correct number of shares allocated to Jouni Raatikainen is 12 823. Following this correction, Jouni Raatikainen holds a total of 12 823 shares in Kongsberg Maritime ASA.

An updated PDMR notification form is attached.

All other information in the original announcement remains unchanged.
