KALDVÍK AS (KLDVK): Extension of waiver period

Frøya, 25 October 2026: Reference is made to the Company's announcement of 1 October 2026 regarding the waiver agreement with its lenders. As 25 October 2026 falls on a non-banking day, the lenders have agreed to extend the waiver period until and including Monday, 26 October 2026. The Company remains in dialogue with its lenders and relevant stakeholders regarding its financing position and will provide a further update when appropriate.
