KALDVÍK AS (KLDVK): Waiver from lenders

01. October 2026 kl. 21:07

Frøya, 1 October 2026 - Kaldvik AS ("Kaldvik" or the "Company") has entered into a waiver agreement with its lenders in relation to the Company's financing facilities.

Reference is made to the Company's stock exchange notices published on 6 and 15 September 2026 regarding the jellyfish event in Reyðarfjörður. The jellyfish event has negatively affected the Company's biological production and financial position. As at 30 September 2026, the Company was not in compliance with the minimum liquidity covenant and the requirement to adjust the available amount under its revolving credit facility. The lenders have agreed to waive these requirements until and including 25 October 2026.

The waiver is subject to certain conditions, including ongoing reporting by the Company to the lenders regarding biological developments and the resulting financial position.

The Company and its lenders will continue the dialogue regarding a financial plan for the period following the expiry of the waiver.
