Major Shareholding Disclosure

JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc.("JPMAM") no longer has a notifiable interest in the share capital of Kitron ASA as a result of trades by its subsidiary JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited. The total number of shares held by JPMAM on 13 July 2026 was 10,899,286 being 4.984% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the company. The holding in JPMAM crossed a notification threshold of 5% on 13 July 2026.
