THE SALE AND LEASEBACK ARRANGEMENTS

The Board of Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited (the 'Company') announces that two wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company entered into two memoranda and the charter agreements on 28 July 2026 for the Sale and Leaseback Arrangements, each at a consideration of US$18,000,000.
