Integrated Wind Solutions ASA: Ex dividend NOK 3.00 today

With reference to Integrated Wind Solutions ASA’s ("IWS" or the "Company") announcement about dividend information on 25 February 2026, the shares in IWS will be traded ex dividend of NOK 3.00 as from today, 2 March 2026. The distribution will be classified as a repayment of paid-in capital.
