Instabank ASA – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Instabank ASA (the "Company") on 8 May 2026 regarding the exercise of share options under the Company's share option program, to be settled through the issuance of 8,608,400 new shares in the Company.

The share capital increase pertaining to the 8,608,400 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the Company's new share capital is NOK 461,214,739, divided into 461,214,739 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
