Notice of Annual General Meeting in Inin Group AS

The Annual General Meeting of Inin Group AS will be held on Tuesday 26 May 2026 at 9:00 (CEST). The meeting will be held at the Company’s offices at Beddingen 8. Pre-registration is needed for attending the meeting and shareholders may also provide a proxy. Deadline for pre-registration and proxy is Friday 22 May 2026 at 14:00 (CEST). The notice of the Annual General Meeting, including the attendance and proxy forms and the proposed resolutions for the Annual General Meeting, is attached to this announcement.
