Induct AS - Mandatory notification of transation

On 4 September 2026, Jarah Invest AS, a company wholly owned by Jan Ragnar Herud, Board Member of Induct AS, purchased 110,000 shares in Induct AS at a price of NOK 0.63 per share and 10,000 shares at a price of NOK 0.62 per share.

Following the transaction, Jarah Invest AS holds 7,252,188 shares in Induct AS.
