Major Shareholding Disclosure

JPMorgan Chase & Co. ("JPMC ") has a notifiable interest in the share capital of Hexagon Composites ASA as a result of trades by its subsidiary J.P. Morgan Securities PLC. The total number of shares held by JPMC on 30 March was 16,545,670 being 6.564% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the company. The holding in JPMC crossed a notification threshold of 5% on 30 March 2026.
