Hexagon Composites ASA: New share capital registered

1 July 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Hexagon Composites ASA (the "Company") on 22 June 2026 regarding the final results of the subsequent offering of new shares in the Company at a subscription price per share of NOK 8.00 (the "Subsequent Offering").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 12,691,260 new shares in the Subsequent Offering has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 33,352,575.60 divided on 333,525,756 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
