Huddly AS – Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders

Oslo, 5 June 2026: Reference is made to (i) the extraordinary general meeting in Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) held on 14 February 2025, where the general meeting inter alia resolved to approve a new share option program (the "2025 Share Incentive Plan") and (ii) the Company's annual general meeting held on 20 May 2026, where the general meeting inter alia resolved to adjust the size and strike price of the 2025 Share Incentive Plan.

Following the adjustments, each share option under the 2025 Share Incentive Plan has a strike price of NOK 25. Each share option will give the right to acquire one share in the Company. The share options are granted without consideration.

The following primary insiders in the Company have today, on 5 June 2026, been granted and accepted the following options on the terms and conditions of the 2025 Share Incentive Plan:

- Rósa Ingimundarsdottir Stensen, CEO, has been granted 25,490 options,

- Abhijit Saha Banik, CFO, has been granted 12,500 options; and

- Stein Ove Eriksen, board observer, has been granted 45,000 options;
