Huddly AS – Proposed changes to the Board
Oslo, 5 June 2026: Board Member Jostein Devold has informed the Board of Directors of Huddly AS of his decision to resign from the Board following his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of DEMANO Group AS. The Nomination Committee has proposed that Svenn-Tore Larsen be elected to the Board of Directors as a replacement for Jostein Devold.
The Board will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 22 June 2026 at 10:00 (CEST). Notice of extraordinary general meeting with documentation will be published on Monday 8 June 2026.
Jostein Devold has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Huddly since 2017 and as Chair of the Board from 2023 to 2025. "On behalf of the Board I would like to express our sincere appreciation for Jostein Devold’s valuable contributions and dedicated service to the Company during his tenure", said Jon Øyvind Eriksen, Chair of the Board of Directors of Huddly AS.
Svenn-Tore Larsen is a Norwegian technology executive and former Chief Executive Officer of Nordic Semiconductor ASA. He led the company for more than two decades and played a pivotal role in transforming it into a leading international provider of wireless communications technology. Prior to joining Nordic Semiconductor, Mr. Larsen served as Regional Director for the Nordic region at Xilinx, Inc. and also held positions at Philips Semiconductors. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in the United Kingdom.
