Höegh Autoliners?extends contract with major Asian car producer?into 2029

Oslo 10 July 2026: Höegh Autoliners ASA ("Höegh Autoliners" or the "Company", ticker code “HAUTO”)

has agreed an extension of an existing contract with a major Asian car producer for the transportation of cars in a key trade lane. The extended contract runs until December 2029 and reflects increased committed volumes and updated commercial terms in line with observed market rates. The new terms have been applicable since May 1, 2026 and represent USD 300m added revenue basis forecasted volume during the extension period.

This announcement is a part of our effort to increase transparency through a practice of disclosing new contracts exceeding a total value of USD 100 million.
